Technical Requirements

We at JLI strive to provide our students with a seamless technologically driven environment so that they can focus on learning without being concerned about any technical issues. Every student who enrolls in a JLI course has access to the technical support helpdesk which can be contacted 24/7 in case students face any technical difficulties with the learning platform. Hardware and Software Requirements

For you to enroll in a JLI course you must have access to a Microsoft Windows-based PC or a Mac that meets the course's minimum computer system requirements.
These are:

  • Speakers, Headphones or Earphones and Sound Card
